Project Overview
I was a part of a capstone project to design Second Brain with 5 other designers.
Second Brain is a Cloud-Based Desktop Application used for note-taking and organizing information.
Streamlines note management while being versatile enough to adapt to different needs.


Project Goals
Business Goal: To improve user adoption and retention by delivering an intuitive MVP that simplifies organization, reduces information overload, and competes effectively with leading productivity tools.
User Goal: To organize and manage information efficiently by easily capturing, structuring, and retrieving knowledge without feeling overwhelmed.

The Challenges
Narrowing down features for the MVP without recreating everything tools like Evernote, Confluence, Miro, and Apple Notes already do.
Designing organization tools that actually reduced overwhelm instead of adding more complexity.
The Solutions
We prioritized key features like easy-to-use to-do lists, a customizable calendar, and a Kanban board for task management and tracking.
Our design aims to provide a comprehensive, flexible, and user-friendly solution that meets the diverse needs of our users.
